1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aidoggenerator.com (AI Dog Generator) ("aidoggenerator.com," "we," "us," or "our"), including its website, accounts, AI image and video tools, generation history, subscriptions, credit packs, and support services.

By accessing or using aidoggenerator.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

aidoggenerator.com provides AI-assisted creative tools that may accept text prompts, images, videos, and other reference assets to generate images, videos, and related digital content. Features, models, providers, output formats, usage limits, queues, and availability may change over time.

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. A generation request may fail, be delayed, be modified by a provider, or produce a result that differs from your instructions.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity conducted through your account.

You must promptly notify us at support@aidoggenerator.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may require account verification, limit access, or refuse account creation where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.

4. User Inputs and Responsibilities

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, images, videos, audio, text, trademarks, and other materials that you submit ("User Inputs"). You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for us and our service providers to process User Inputs as necessary to provide the service.

You grant aidoggenerator.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, reproduce, transmit, process, modify as technically necessary, and display User Inputs and generated results only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the service, handle support, and enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing User Inputs and generated results before publishing, sharing, advertising, or using them in a legal, commercial, or public context. You must not upload malware, confidential information that you are not authorized to share, or another person's personal information without an appropriate legal basis or permission.

5. AI Outputs and Commercial Use

AI-generated results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive, unavailable, or similar to results generated for other users. We do not guarantee that a result is original, non-infringing, factually accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or eligible for protection under intellectual-property law.

You are responsible for checking people, faces, logos, trademarks, packaging, text, claims, likenesses, and other sensitive details before using a result. You are also responsible for complying with the terms of any model, platform, stock asset, or other third-party service involved in your workflow.

Commercial usage rights apply only to a subscription plan or credit pack that expressly includes a commercial license in the applicable pricing or checkout information. If a plan or credit pack does not include that license, you must not use its results for commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted by us in writing or by applicable law. Any commercial use remains subject to third-party rights and provider terms.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

The pricing, included credits, plan benefits, currency, billing interval, and available payment methods are shown on the applicable pricing or checkout page. Depending on the deployment, payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, Creem, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or another enabled payment provider. You must follow the applicable provider's terms for the payment transaction.

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel an active subscription through the available account controls or by contacting support. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to the applicable subscription benefits until then.

Subscription credits are tied to the applicable billing cycle and do not roll over unless the applicable offer expressly says otherwise. One-time credit packs do not expire under the current offers unless the applicable product description states a different validity period. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted or revoked when required to correct an error, prevent fraud, or process a refund or dispute.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Prices may not include taxes, fees, or currency-conversion charges that your payment provider or local authority may apply.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use aidoggenerator.com to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
• Generate, upload, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexually exploitative content, hateful content, or content that promotes violence or serious harm.
• Create deceptive impersonation, malicious deepfakes, fraud, harassment, targeted abuse, or misleading commercial claims.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Upload malware, attack the service, probe or bypass security controls, evade rate limits, or interfere with another user's access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or build a competing service from the service or its non-public interfaces.
• Use another person's account or payment method without authorization, or submit information you are not permitted to process.

We may remove content, restrict generation, suspend access, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of users or providers has been violated.

8. Service Content and Intellectual Property

The website, software, interface, branding, documentation, templates, and other materials provided by aidoggenerator.com, excluding User Inputs and subject to third-party rights, are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our service or branding to you.

We may use feedback, suggestions, or error reports that you voluntarily provide to improve the service without owing you compensation, provided that we do not use your feedback to identify you publicly without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may link to or depend on third-party services, including authentication, payment, hosting, storage, analytics, email, and AI model providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their independent acts, availability, content, or policies.

10. Availability, Disclaimers, and Liability

We work to keep aidoggenerator.com available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanently available service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, model, provider, plan, or part of the service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED RESULTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDOGGENERATOR.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless aidoggenerator.com and its providers, personnel, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Inputs, generated-result use, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, cancel tasks, or close an account if necessary to address a security issue, suspected abuse, unpaid charges, legal requirement, provider restriction, or breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions concerning User Inputs, payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute-related matters, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of aidoggenerator.com are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory laws in your place of residence apply. No provision of these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date above. Your continued use of aidoggenerator.com after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
